I&#039;m from New York but love the New England area, and now I&#039;m counting down the days until my family get to visit Acadia ...

A 500 million year old ancient ocean and 100,000 years of glacial activity are what got me.

I had no idea that the only piece of land in New England part of the national park system and that&#039;s in the top 10 in national parks visited. Who would&#039;ve thought.</description>
