Couldn't find anything about it on the Internet today, but I suspect it was a special arrangement with a local outdoor shop. I'm not sure my family is up for spring rafting even if it sounds like the most thrilling. Brrr! One comment I have is that I would have thought there would be more organised tours in Vermont and New Hampshire than you listed. Mind you I couldn't find any others either. But just surprised.
