BBQ Tip #3:

Chef Long’s recipe for a quick and easy brine for pork, beef, or chicken.
Brining the meat  24–48 hours in advance will ensure it cooks as plump and juicy as possible

Combine 4oz natural sugar, 3oz of Kosher Salt, 1 slice of sweet onion, 40 oz cold water
